Prioritize reliable records
Begin with the operations that affect customer money: balance deductions, credits, refunds and order status. Look for a clear history showing what changed and why. An advanced dashboard should make an unexpected balance easy to investigate. A large number of graphs or cosmetic options cannot compensate for missing transaction records.
Examine duplicate-order protection
Ask what happens if a user clicks twice, a network request times out or an administrator retries a failed task. The system should have a documented way to identify the original request before placing another supplier order. Test this behaviour with sample data. Do not assume that a loading spinner proves duplicate submission is prevented.
Check exceptions as well as success
Walk through partial completion, a changed supplier rate, an unavailable service and a pending order that exceeds its expected window. Determine which cases need an administrator and what information that person sees. Good automation leaves a clear path for exceptions instead of marking every accepted request as successfully delivered.
Evaluate access and change control
Separate routine support access from the ability to change payment settings, supplier credentials and customer balances. Identify how sensitive changes are recorded and how access can be removed. Before purchasing, ask for an export of sample orders and a backup restoration demonstration. Operational clarity is more valuable than an unsupported claim that the script is the most advanced.
Which advanced feature should I evaluate first?
Start with accurate balance and order records, then test duplicate handling and the recovery path for failed or partial orders.
