Identify the content format
A recorded video, a Reel and a live broadcast can appear under the same business presence while requiring different service categories. Open the exact content and note its direct URL. Read the supported format in the actual listing. Do not substitute a LIVE viewers product for recorded-video views simply because both refer to video audiences.
Clarify views, duration and concurrent viewers
A total number of views does not mean the same thing as people watching at one moment, and neither automatically specifies viewing duration. Ask what one billed unit represents and where the result can be observed. If the offer quotes minutes or a viewing threshold, request a clear definition so you can compare it with equivalent options.
Prepare a stable target and evidence
Make sure the content you intend to use is available in the way required by the listing. Record its starting observation, URL and order reference. If you replace a video with a newly uploaded copy, the original link and history may no longer apply. Ask support how target changes are handled before assuming an outstanding order can move to another publication.
Review the outcome in the right context
Video promotion can be evaluated through audience attention, enquiries or other actions relevant to the content. A public view count is not proof of unique potential customers or revenue. If other promotions run at the same time, record them alongside the order. Compare the service result with its written scope and evaluate the broader business outcome as a separate question.
Are LIVE viewers and video views the same purchase?
No. A simultaneous audience and accumulated views measure different things. Select the format and unit explicitly supported by the listing.
