Build categories around the customer’s target
Use separate catalog entries for profile followers, post likes and Reel-related actions. Each entry should explain which URL the customer must supply and what the quantity represents. A general Instagram growth label is too broad for reliable ordering. Clear input requirements reduce the need to interpret screenshots or guess which content a customer meant.
Preserve the supplier service mapping
Record the supplier service ID behind each customer-facing option, alongside its accepted link type and current terms. If you change suppliers, recheck the full specification instead of reusing an old description. A similar service name does not prove that targeting, delivery, refill coverage or minimum quantities remain the same.
Create a useful order intake
Ask for the link, quantity and chosen service before taking payment. If a customer has several posts, separate the requested quantity per post instead of dividing it silently. Include a confirmation step for usernames and content links. Do not request a social account password as a substitute for a correctly formatted target URL.
Define support around evidence
Retain the customer order reference, supplier reference, submitted link and description at purchase time. When a customer reports a problem, use those records to distinguish the wrong target from delayed delivery or a changed counter. Price your support work into the offer, and check that any promise you make is supported by the actual service terms.
Should a reseller combine Instagram likes and followers into one product?
Only with an explicit package specification that lists each action, quantity and required target; otherwise keep them separate.
