Clarify the actual targeting promise
Ask the provider what qualifies an account for its Nigerian category. A label can be too vague to evaluate unless the underlying criterion is explained. Do not turn a broad service description into a stronger assertion about residence, identity or current location. Keep the provider’s exact wording in the order record for later reference.
Identify your business’s audience needs
A local business may need customers near a particular branch, while an online creator may want a wider audience. These are different goals. Write down the relevant city, language or subject interest before buying. A national follower category does not automatically address those needs, and an increasing count is not evidence of local demand.
Check the platform and target
Confirm that the service applies to the platform and profile type you actually use. The word followers can refer to different account objects across platforms. Open the requested URL before submitting and verify the identity. Do not substitute a post link for a profile link unless the description explicitly requires it.
Define what would count as a useful result
Record the delivery terms and evaluate the limited observable outcome against them. Keep retention and genuine engagement separate from the headline quantity. If location matters critically, ask what evidence can support it rather than relying on a few profile names. Check current service availability in the catalog; this guide does not guarantee a Nigeria-specific BuyTheFans option.
Can a Nigeria-labelled service guarantee buyers in my city?
No. A country label alone does not establish city-level location or purchasing interest.
