Start with the release link
Collect the exact track or supported profile URL instead of a song title alone. Confirm the artist and release with the customer before forwarding the order. If a service is track-specific, a profile link is not automatically a valid substitute. Save the submitted link alongside the customer’s requested quantity.
Distinguish the action being sold
Plays, likes, reposts and follows describe different behaviours. A package may include several, but each component needs its own scope and target. Avoid reporting all of them as listeners. A visible play count does not establish unique people, repeat fans or ticket buyers, and your customer-facing description should preserve those differences.
Plan for release changes
Artists sometimes replace, remove or change the accessibility of tracks during a campaign. Establish who will notify you and what the supplier says about changed targets. Do not place a replacement order automatically when the original is still active. First reconcile the current state and determine whether the original destination remains usable.
Price the whole campaign workflow
A reseller margin should cover link checks, multiple order records and questions about each component. Record actual time spent on a trial campaign before creating a large catalog. When reporting results, provide the purchased actions and observed delivery evidence, then leave broader audience conclusions to the artist’s own analytics and business results.
Are a play and a repost interchangeable?
No. They are different actions and should have separate quantities and descriptions in a reseller package.
