Identify the destination type
Ask whether the customer is promoting a channel, a group or an individual post. Membership and post-view services operate on different targets. Keep them as separate catalog entries with explicit accepted URL formats. A customer asking for Telegram growth needs this distinction before a price can be meaningful.
Handle multiple posts explicitly
For a campaign covering several posts, collect each post link and its requested quantity. Do not silently divide a total among recent posts or substitute the channel URL. If the supplier offers automatic coverage of future posts, document its limits, duration and cancellation rules separately from a one-time order. Do not infer automation from a generic service title.
Check invitation requirements
If an invite link is required, verify that it remains valid for the expected order window. Ask the customer to identify restrictions that may affect access. Avoid requesting unnecessary account access. Save the exact submitted link with the order reference so a changed invitation can be distinguished from a fulfilment issue.
Report membership and readership independently
A larger member count does not establish that new members read announcements or participate in discussions. Keep your customer report focused on the action sold and distinguish observed counts from engagement conclusions. Include the supplier’s relevant replacement conditions in your own support process, and review whether your price covers the time spent reconciling different post and membership orders.
