Keep the naming recognizable
Customers may describe the same platform as Twitter or X. Use both names where helpful, but keep the service action precise. Profile followers, post likes and other post-level actions are distinct products. The platform name alone does not tell a customer which target to submit or what the purchased quantity represents.
Confirm the exact profile or post
Ask for a direct link to the intended target and confirm the visible identity before submitting. A display name can be shared by multiple accounts, while a screenshot may omit the actual post URL. Keep the original target in your order record. If a customer changes their username, establish whether the pending service remains compatible before placing another order.
Explain bundles without hidden assumptions
If a campaign includes profile and post activity, list each action, quantity and target separately. A single total should not hide how much is allocated to each post. Describe any geographic targeting only as narrowly as the supplier defines it; a country label does not establish every account holder’s language or purchasing intent.
Design the support handoff
Store the customer’s reference, supplier order ID and purchased specification together. When an order is disputed, compare the submitted target and delivery state before taking corrective action. Keep your customer-facing timelines aligned with actual service conditions, and include the cost of support in your resale margin instead of promising immediate completion to win the order.
Does a follower order include activity on recent posts?
Not unless the purchased specification explicitly includes those separate actions.
