Separate channel and video services
A channel subscriber order requires a different target from a video view order. Write the expected link type into each product description and verify it during intake. If customers buy several video orders, collect the quantity per video. Do not assume a channel-level purchase distributes activity across all uploaded content.
Define what the quantity measures
A views quantity, a watch-time quantity and a subscriber quantity are not interchangeable. Explain the unit exactly as it appears in the supplier specification. Where duration is relevant, distinguish an estimated viewing duration from guaranteed eligible watch time. Keep revenue, rankings and monetization promises out of a package unless independently supportable; a delivered count cannot establish those outcomes.
Set expectations for campaign reporting
Keep paid order delivery separate from meaningful viewer behaviour in your report. Customers may care about retention, repeat viewing or sales, but those metrics are not proven by an order status. Give the order quantity, submitted target, timeline and observed delivery evidence. Explain which additional outcomes the customer must evaluate using their own analytics.
Protect the customer handoff
Record both customer and supplier order IDs, especially when one campaign includes multiple videos and a separate channel service. Ask the supplier about cancellation and partial delivery before advertising your own terms. Review the current official platform requirements when discussing monetization, and direct customers to the dedicated guide rather than selling an eligibility shortcut.
Can I advertise a reseller package as guaranteed YouTube income?
A service order does not establish future income or monetization eligibility. Describe only the specific deliverable you can substantiate.
