Start with the traffic method
A service name containing YouTube views is not enough to evaluate it. Ask how viewers reach the video and whether an advertising campaign, creator promotion or another method is involved. Require an explanation that you can assess against platform rules. YouTube prohibits artificial engagement; a panel delivery status does not independently establish that traffic is acceptable.
Match the video format and objective
A long-form video, a Short and a live broadcast are different targets. Confirm the supported format before supplying the direct URL. Also distinguish a campaign designed for audience discovery from one merely quoting a count. If your actual objective is qualified leads or repeat viewers, a low price per thousand views may not measure the outcome that matters to you.
Ask for evidence suited to the method
For an advertising-based offer, ask what campaign reporting will be available and how the charge relates to ad spend and management. For a promotional placement, ask where the content is promoted and what is included. Do not accept a generic screenshot from an unrelated video as proof of your own results. Retain dates and target links to make reporting attributable.
Review results without treating counts as revenue
Use the analytics available in your channel alongside order records. Audience retention, traffic sources and subsequent actions answer different questions from the public view counter. The observed results may also include your existing audience. Do not assume an added view carries revenue or helps meet monetization requirements; check the relevant YouTube documentation and your own account status.
Can a panel guarantee monetized views?
A quoted view quantity is not a guarantee of revenue. Establish the delivery method, platform compliance and reporting first; monetization depends on YouTube rules and the channel.
