Validate the target and action
Confirm that the intended service accepts the content type and identifier supplied. Check required visibility and quantity conditions from the listing. A customer's willingness to pay does not make an incompatible target eligible for the service.
Confirm the commercial scope
State the quantity, charge, timing language, and relevant limitations clearly. If service availability is uncertain, explain when it will be confirmed. Avoid accepting an open-ended promise that staff must later reinterpret as a specific panel purchase.
Create an exception path
Decide how an invalid brief is corrected or declined before funds are committed. Keep the customer's revised approval if the action or target changes. This reduces the chance of a payment being mistaken for approval of a substitute service.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Eligibility | Supported target and quantity |
| Offer | Defined price and scope |
| Exception | Correction before commitment |
Worked example
A hypothetical buyer requests 500 post reactions but supplies a private group link that the chosen listing does not support. The correct acceptance step is to clarify eligibility or choose an approved alternative before purchasing, not to submit the link and hope it works.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
