Check the supplied invitation
Verify that the proposed invite resolves to the intended community and note any visible access conditions. An invite copied from an old campaign may no longer be suitable. Do not assume a working administrator view proves the same link works for an outside participant.
Compare eligibility with the service
Read whether the listing accepts the particular invite format and admission conditions. If approval or another restriction applies, ask how the service treats it before purchasing. Avoid changing community access settings without the owner's authorization just to fit an unverified assumption.
Plan for link changes
Keep the submitted invite reference and order ID in the record. If the invitation must be replaced or revoked, ask about the active request before doing so where practical. A fresh link should not be assumed to update an order that already contains the old one.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Validity | Invite still resolves |
| Access | Conditions accepted by service |
| Continuity | Submitted link stays traceable |
Worked example
A hypothetical community uses a campaign invite that is later retired. Before ordering, the buyer should confirm its continued validity and service compatibility. If the link changes during processing, send the old and replacement references with the order ID rather than buying again immediately.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
