Inspect independent access
Open the exact target from an ordinary viewer perspective where possible and record whether the intended item appears. A login, unavailable-content or permissions screen is relevant information for eligibility. This check is diagnostic, not a guarantee that a supplier can process the target.
Ask about the selected offer
Compare the access condition with the listing's requirements and seek clarification if they do not match clearly. Share the public reference and a description of the issue, not account credentials. The owner should retain control of its account and publication settings.
Authorize any visibility change
If a change to visibility is being considered, make it an explicit owner decision. A campaign operator should not broaden access merely to test an assumption about a service. If the target is incompatible, revise the campaign scope or choose another supported objective with approval.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Access | Observed viewer restriction |
| Eligibility | Specific service requirement |
| Authority | Owner approves setting changes |
Worked example
Suppose a hypothetical client wants a service for a post that outside viewers cannot open. The operator should ask whether that target is accepted and report the mismatch. Repeated submissions or unauthorized visibility changes would not provide a clear, controlled solution.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
