Normalize the review record
Compare the actual resolved video identifiers rather than only the visible spelling of sharing links. Different link forms can refer to the same intended item, while similar captions may belong to separate videos.
Distinguish duplicate actions
Two rows for the same video may represent different approved services. Check the action and campaign purpose before combining or removing them; a likes row and a views row are not automatically duplicates.
Approve the final quantities
Where repeated rows represent the same purchase, confirm whether their quantities should be combined or one removed. Recalculate the total budget and keep a record of the reviewed sheet before submission.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Identity | Resolved video rather than link appearance |
| Action | Same metric or separate approved services |
| Total | Reviewed quantities and final budget |
Worked example
Hypothetically, a sheet contains two different sharing links that resolve to one video, both requesting 500 views. The buyer checks whether 1,000 was intended. A separate 100-like row remains distinct because it purchases another action rather than duplicating the views request.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
