Read the component list
A viewer-related service does not automatically include chat messages or other participation. Ask which actions are explicitly included and how each is counted. The word engagement is too broad to replace a clear description of the purchased work.
Review any message brief
If an offer accepts supplied chat text, keep it relevant and truthful. Avoid impersonation, invented customer experiences or disruptive repetition. Confirm the accepted format and scope instead of assuming a viewer quantity implies the same number of messages.
Report actions independently
Keep audience observations and chat-related evidence separate. A quiet chat does not by itself disprove a viewing-only deliverable, while active chat does not establish a particular audience count. Evaluate each component against the actual agreement.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Components | Viewing, messaging or an itemized combination |
| Text | Relevant approved wording if supported |
| Evidence | Separate observations for different actions |
Worked example
An illustrative package promises a stated live audience but says nothing about chat. The buyer should not quote it to a client as including 100 messages; any chat component requires a separate explicit definition.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
