Confirm the responsible contact
Identify who can confirm the stream is ready and who can approve a schedule change. Keep the client-approved channel URL and session date in the brief. A promoter who cannot verify the actual broadcast may need coordination before submission.
Check the practical inputs
Record the intended start, expected duration, time zone and selected action. Review the listing’s requirements with those inputs. Do not assume that the client’s event announcement guarantees the stream will be active when the service requires it.
Agree on change handling
Before payment, decide how delays, cancellations or early endings will be communicated. Keep any service-specific conditions visible in the client approval. Avoid promising a response or adjustment that has not been established in the selected offer.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Contact | Who confirms readiness and changes |
| Inputs | Channel, date, zone and expected duration |
| Approval | How schedule changes are handled |
Worked example
For an illustrative product launch stream, the organizer assigns one contact to confirm readiness and one approved fallback time. The buyer still checks the listing’s supported start method before submitting the request.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
