Read the retention wording
Look for the actual refill period and eligibility conditions in the selected listing. Words such as stable or high quality do not define unlimited coverage. Save the terms associated with the purchase because another current option may have different conditions.
Build a consistent timeline
Record the same post's observations with dates and the order reference. Explain deletions, replacements or parallel orders if they occurred. A different post or an aggregated campaign total cannot establish the history of the exact target attached to the request.
Ask for a terms-based review
Submit the observed change and the relevant coverage language together. Support may need the panel's own starting and completion records to assess eligibility. Avoid treating every net decrease as a guaranteed replacement quantity when other activity or coverage limits may affect the review.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Coverage | Period and applicable conditions |
| Target | Same post throughout |
| Evidence | Dated observations and order ID |
Worked example
For a hypothetical repost order, a counter moves from 420 to 390 after completion. The difference is 30, but the request still depends on the listing's coverage and history. Present the two observations as evidence for review, not an automatic entitlement.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
