Find the cancellation reason
A cancellation can relate to the target, selected option or another recorded condition. Read the available explanation before choosing a replacement. Repeating the same request unchanged may reproduce the same problem without clarifying why it happened.
Reconcile the payment record
Look for the original debit and any corresponding adjustment. Keep the transaction reference with the order reference. A cancelled status and a restored balance are related checks, but they should not be assumed to occur in the same way for every listing.
Correct the next brief
Verify the video is accessible, the input matches the new listing and the requested action is supported. If the reason remains unclear, ask support before resubmitting. Use a new record that references the cancelled order without overwriting its history.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Reason | What condition caused cancellation |
| Account | Whether the expected adjustment is recorded |
| Replacement | A corrected target and compatible option |
Worked example
Suppose a Shorts target was submitted to an incompatible option. After cancellation, check the posted account adjustment and select an explicitly compatible service; increasing the quantity on the same incompatible listing would not solve the issue.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
