Read the coverage definition
A refill label needs supporting terms: the covered action, relevant time window, qualifying conditions and request process. Keep the description that applied when you ordered. A later listing change should not be substituted silently for the original terms.
Capture comparable observations
Save the target URL, starting observation, completion observation and current observation with timestamps. Use the same metric where possible. A missing screenshot or a rounded count can limit what you can establish about the size and timing of a change.
Explain intervening activity
Disclose additional orders, deleted content or other changes that could affect interpretation. Ask how the recorded circumstances fit the coverage. Do not submit an invented loss quantity simply to fill a request field when the available evidence does not support it.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Terms | Coverage saved at purchase |
| Evidence | Dated observations on the same target |
| Context | Other orders or content changes |
Worked example
After an illustrative order, the buyer records a later decrease but also placed another request meanwhile. Include both order references and observation times so support can assess coverage without treating the two requests as one.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
