A recorded video remains a content target after publishing. A LIVE session has a specific active window. A live-viewer offer can involve duration and simultaneous viewers, while a video-view offer generally refers to views on a published clip. Read the billing unit rather than comparing the numbers directly.
Check the time window
For a LIVE option, establish whether the session must already be active and how long the requested audience is intended to remain. A start-time estimate matters when a broadcast may end soon.
Use the requested identifier
A service may ask for a profile, live-session link or video URL. Use exactly what its instructions specify. A recorded replay should not be assumed to qualify as an active broadcast.
Compare duration as well as quantity
An offer of 100 viewers for a stated period is not equivalent to 100 recorded-video views. Confirm whether extending duration creates a new charge and whether reconnection is supported.
Your pre-order checklist
- Is this for an active LIVE or a clip?
- What duration is included?
- Which link does the service accept?
Can video views be used for a LIVE session?
Not unless the selected service explicitly supports that use. Choose the correct category first.
