Give every row an owner
Record a client reference, authorized Page or content URL, service ID, quantity and internal approval. Keep the approval attached to the specific target. Similar Page names and reused campaign captions are not reliable identifiers when several clients are being served.
Validate before submitting
Check public accessibility and the service's accepted input type for every row. A Page follower request and a Reel-like request need different targets even when they belong to the same business. Resolve mismatches before a batch submission rather than relying on later corrections.
Reconcile by order reference
After purchase, attach the panel's order ID and charge to the original row. Review completion and support issues separately for each line. This avoids treating a campaign-level balance deduction as evidence that every requested Page received the correct service.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Ownership | Client reference and approval |
| Specification | Target, service and quantity |
| Reconciliation | Order ID and actual charge |
Worked example
Imagine two clients both publish a launch video titled Summer Collection. Their titles are not sufficient to distinguish the orders. A sheet containing each client's reference and exact video URL prevents a quantity intended for one business being submitted for the other.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
