Stop additional submissions
First check that the request exists in order history and save its reference. Do not place the intended replacement immediately if both requests might remain active against the same or related targets.
Request rather than assume
Tell support what is wrong, provide the order ID and ask whether cancellation is available at its current stage. No visible count movement does not establish that backend processing has not begun.
Confirm the final outcome
Wait for the recorded resolution and any balance adjustment before treating funds as available again. If cancellation is unavailable, discuss the documented options rather than promising a refund that has not been approved.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Reference | Existing order ID and submitted target |
| Eligibility | Actual cancellation terms and state |
| Outcome | Final status and confirmed ledger change |
Worked example
A hypothetical buyer enters the wrong Reel URL and immediately notices it. The buyer sends a cancellation request for that specific order and checks the result before paying for the correct target. The word pending alone is not treated as permission to cancel.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
