List all relevant activity
Gather the identifiers, quantities, and timing of orders that affected the same metric. Include active purchases from other sources where known. A shared public total may combine delivery, unrelated activity, and removals across these requests.
Check overlap conditions
Read whether the service's coverage includes restrictions related to overlapping orders. Do not assume a refill remains eligible after additional purchases. If the terms are unclear, explain the situation to support before starting another request on that target.
Avoid double replacement
Track the quantity and status of any approved remedy separately from new orders. If both proceed, update the campaign ledger so the resulting total is not counted twice. A clear record supports a fair review without overstating what any single provider caused.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Activity | All relevant order references |
| Terms | Overlap eligibility conditions |
| Remedy | Separate approved replacement |
Worked example
A hypothetical target receives a 1,000-unit order and then a 500-unit order before a decline is observed. A 100-unit net decrease does not identify which order lost units. Support needs the sequence and each listing's coverage terms.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
