Identify time-sensitive dependencies
Some targets or service types may require a specific content state or active session. Record these conditions from the listing. Separate genuine eligibility windows from a client's preference for faster completion, and avoid promising timing the supplier does not support.
Check approval and funding readiness
Do not move an incomplete brief ahead merely because it is marked urgent. Confirm target, quantity, budget, and current service availability first. An urgent request with a missing link is not ready for purchase and may cause avoidable errors.
Keep queue decisions visible
Record why a request was prioritized and what remains blocked. Use a review point for unresolved orders rather than repeatedly resubmitting them. This makes staff coordination clearer when several clients compete for attention.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Dependency | Target or session requirement |
| Readiness | Approved complete inputs |
| Queue | Documented next action |
Worked example
A hypothetical live-session request has a confirmed event time but no approved quantity, while a recorded-video order is fully approved. Staff should resolve the missing live brief before submission, not guess the quantity because its label says urgent.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
