Make the scope explicit
List the exact platform action and target alongside the quantity and proposed service option. Explain any requirement that affects eligibility. Approval of a broad campaign goal does not necessarily authorize every paid action that might be associated with it.
Separate service from outcomes
Describe what the listing says it supplies without turning that into a promise of sales, organic reach, or platform approval. If the client expects a different outcome, resolve the mismatch before purchasing rather than relying on a vague service name.
Record change boundaries
State which changes require fresh approval, such as a different action, higher budget, new target, or altered coverage. Keep the approval reference with the order ledger. A clear boundary helps staff handle rate changes without making unauthorized substitutions.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Scope | Action and target |
| Budget | Maximum approved charge |
| Change | Fresh approval conditions |
Worked example
A hypothetical client approves 1,000 views on one named video with a $5 cap. That does not authorize spending the same amount on followers, spreading the order across five videos, or increasing the budget when the rate changes.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
