Inspect the message itself
Confirm that the intended message supports the requested action under the channel's current settings. A reaction visible on another post is not evidence that the same configuration applies everywhere. Avoid ordering from a remembered screenshot if the message or channel settings have changed.
Match the service specification
Read whether the listing supplies a selected reaction, a mixed distribution or another defined action. The option should explicitly fit the target and requested reaction type. If the service uses identifiers or a special input field, follow its instructions rather than entering free-form assumptions.
Record approved changes
If a channel administrator changes reaction settings during processing, note when it happened and inform support if necessary. The order should be reviewed against both its original specification and the target's actual state. Do not place replacement purchases until the compatibility issue is understood.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Target setting | Requested action is available |
| Listing | Selected or mixed reaction |
| History | Configuration changes recorded |
Worked example
A hypothetical brief asks for two reaction types, but the target message currently permits only one of them. The buyer should resolve the configuration and service compatibility first. A mixed package does not automatically override the message's available actions.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
