Recover the exact request
Check the order ID, intended video, requested quantity and any approved text. A campaign total spread across several videos should not be compared with the visible entries on only one target.
Document what can be observed
Record the review time and the entries actually visible in the relevant context. Ask the account owner about known removals or changes, but do not assert a platform filtering explanation without supporting evidence.
Request review before adding activity
Send the original brief and observations to support in one clear case. Additional purchases made before reconciliation can make it harder to identify which entries belong to which request or explain the original discrepancy.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Request | Quantity and original approved wording |
| Observation | Exact target and dated visible evidence |
| Case | Existing order reviewed before replacement |
Worked example
In a hypothetical review, a buyer finds twelve visible entries after a fifteen-entry request. The buyer records the target and timing, checks known account-owner changes and asks support to reconcile the order. Three absent entries are not assigned an invented cause.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
