Check the input structure
Read how the listing separates and counts comment entries. A multiline paragraph, a blank line and a repeated sentence may not have the meaning the buyer expects, so resolve formatting before submission.
Approve truthful relevant wording
Review each entry for relevance and avoid invented customer experiences or impersonation. The account owner should approve the exact text; a general approval for comments does not establish consent to any arbitrary wording.
Reconcile before payment
Compare the accepted entry count with the requested quantity and check the final charge. If the two disagree, correct the brief rather than expecting the provider to decide which text should be repeated or omitted.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Structure | Listing's entry separator and counting rule |
| Wording | Relevant truthful text explicitly approved |
| Quantity | Accepted entries match the request |
Worked example
Hypothetically, a brief contains ten approved entries but the order form requests twenty comments. The buyer resolves the mismatch before submitting. The provider is not expected to invent the missing entries or duplicate text without the buyer understanding that specification.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
