Use the exact service limit
Read the minimum attached to the selected service ID, not another listing in the same category. Record it with the current rate so the campaign estimate can be reproduced later.
Evaluate the complete basket
Calculate the quantity required across all intended videos after minimums are applied. Buying more than needed on every target can outweigh a lower rate and change the purpose of the approved campaign.
Revise with explicit approval
Consider fewer targets, a different compatible service or a changed budget. Present the resulting quantities clearly rather than silently rounding each order upward and treating the extra spending as a minor entry adjustment.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Minimum | Limit for the chosen service ID |
| Basket | Total required across all videos |
| Approval | Changed quantity and budget accepted |
Worked example
A hypothetical brief allocates 50 likes to four videos, while the selected listing requires 100 per request. Its actual minimum basket is 400 likes. The buyer obtains approval or chooses a compatible alternative instead of submitting double the planned total without discussion.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
