Confirm when submission is allowed
Read whether the target must already be broadcasting when the order is placed. If pre-scheduling is not documented, do not enter a future session and assume the service will wait for it automatically.
Allow for the stated delay
Compare the estimated start window with the planned useful segment of the broadcast. A package that could begin after the key announcement may not fit the campaign even if the stream remains technically active.
Coordinate one operator
Assign someone to verify the broadcast target, submit the request and monitor its record. The host should know that estimates are not guaranteed synchronization with a cue, countdown or specific moment in the program.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Eligibility | Required live state at submission |
| Buffer | Possible delay before useful segment |
| Ownership | Named operator watching the order |
Worked example
Hypothetically, the important product demonstration begins ten minutes into a stream, but the listing allows a twenty-minute start delay. The buyer adjusts expectations or chooses a suitable documented option instead of promising the service will be active for the demonstration.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
