Save the submitted profile
Retain the exact username or URL used in the original order and its reference. A later report should show the original target rather than silently rewriting history with the account's new name.
Communicate the change
Provide support with the old and current identifiers and the rename time. Ask whether processing can continue under the selected listing instead of assuming that every provider resolves changing account details in the same way.
Prevent overlapping requests
Check the original order's outcome before submitting an additional followers quantity. A changed display name or URL does not prove that the previous request has ended or that its charge has been reversed.

Worked example
