Retain the previous record
Save the earlier service ID, requested action, target type and relevant terms. A name copied into a spreadsheet is less precise than a record that includes the actual identifier and dated description.
Compare current conditions
Check accepted inputs, minimums, timing, rate and replacement coverage. If the previous option has disappeared, assess the replacement on its own documented scope rather than assuming a nearby listing is functionally identical.
Refresh campaign inputs
Verify the new approved target and quantity separately from the service selection. Repeating a request can accidentally carry forward an old video URL or an outdated amount even when the current service itself is appropriate.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Service | Current identifier and dated description |
| Conditions | Rate, limits, format and coverage |
| Campaign | Fresh approved target and quantity |
Worked example
Hypothetically, an operator reorders a service used for a previous launch. Before submitting, the operator notices a changed minimum and an old video URL in the copied row. Both are corrected and approved instead of treating repeat purchase as a one-click assumption.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
