Open the submitted link
Confirm the publishing account and exact video after the link opens. A message preview or copied caption is not enough to establish that the target is the item approved for the campaign.
Match the input specification
Read whether the listing requests a full video URL, profile identifier or another format. If a shortened sharing link is not clearly accepted, obtain the documented supported format instead of guessing how the panel resolves it.
Preserve the verified record
Save the approved target and its order reference together. If the link later points somewhere unexpected or the video becomes unavailable, this record helps support understand what the buyer actually submitted.

| Record | Verified target stored with order ID |
Worked example
Hypothetically, a client sends a short sharing link for a campaign video. The buyer opens it, verifies the creator and obtains the format required by the listing before ordering. A similar thumbnail elsewhere in the account is not used as a substitute.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
