Record both versions
Save the original submitted URL and the new publication's URL as separate records. Include the time of replacement so the support team can distinguish the original request from the later campaign decision.
Check the earlier status
Review whether the original order remains active and what its terms allow. A removed target does not by itself establish a refund or authorize moving the order to another video.
Approve the next purchase
If a new request is needed, treat it as a distinct order with its own current rate and quantity. Avoid counting the earlier charge as reusable credit before the ledger confirms an actual adjustment.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Version | Old URL and newly published URL |
| Old order | Status and documented resolution options |
| New budget | Confirmed credit versus additional spend |
Worked example
Hypothetically, a client removes a video to fix an editing error and uploads a replacement. The buyer contacts support about the original order before requesting new views. Identical creative does not make the two video URLs the same service target.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
