Open the exact destination
A shared clip and the longer recording it came from can show the same creator and moment. Verify which object the submitted address opens. The familiar scene in a thumbnail does not establish that the link matches a clip-specific service.
Read accepted content scope
Check whether the listing supports clips, full recordings or another specified format. Do not assume that a generic video label covers every object. If the required URL form is unclear, ask before submitting rather than guessing from a copied share link.
Preserve the chosen target
Save the accepted clip URL and enough context to recognize it. If the clip is removed and recreated, treat the new address as a changed target. Keep any request on the original clip separate until its treatment is resolved.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Object | Short clip or full recording |
| Compatibility | Format accepted by the listing |
| Record | Exact selected target and context |
Worked example
For an illustrative highlight from a three-hour stream, a clip-view request should use the supported clip target. Submitting the three-hour recording would identify different content even if the highlight appears within it.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
