Use more than the title
Clip titles can repeat across a channel or among different creators. Confirm the exact destination, creator and featured moment. A title copied from a campaign spreadsheet should be treated as descriptive context rather than the primary target identifier.
Check the approved selection
If a client or collaborator supplies several links, mark the approved clip explicitly. Keep alternatives separate so an old draft is not accidentally submitted. Open the final URL immediately before ordering and compare it with the approved brief.
Make later evidence traceable
Save the clip address with the order reference and timestamped observations. If the title changes, the record should still identify the target. Do not investigate a discrepancy using another clip that merely has the same displayed title.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Identity | Creator, moment and exact destination |
| Approval | The selected clip among alternatives |
| Evidence | Observations tied to that specific URL |
Worked example
Imagine two clips titled Final Round from the same streamer on different days. The buyer confirms the intended moment and URL before submission, then labels the evidence by that target instead of relying on the repeated title.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
