Plan session-level allocations
List each broadcast with its own objective, expected duration and proposed budget. A monthly total does not establish the right package for every session. Different formats or schedules may require different decisions even when the channel remains the same.
Review completed sessions first
Keep the charge, request record and available observations for each session. Resolve unexplained issues before automatically repeating the purchase. Do not treat a previous request as proof that current terms, timing or target conditions are unchanged.
Leave flexibility in the plan
Reserve the ability to pause or revise later allocations if a stream is postponed or the campaign objective changes. Keep unspent budget visible. A recurring planning habit should not be confused with a service that automatically schedules or renews requests.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Allocation | Objective and budget per session |
| Review | Evidence and unresolved issues from earlier requests |
| Flexibility | Changes to later dates or durations |
Worked example
For an illustrative four-session plan, the second broadcast is shortened and the third postponed. Review their allocations separately rather than purchasing identical durations simply because the original budget divided evenly into four parts.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
