Define the promised action
Read whether the listing specifies bookmarks or a broader engagement bundle. A generic engagement figure does not confirm the bookmark portion. Ask how quantity is recorded and what information the panel provides about completion before relying on the service for a reportable deliverable.
Check your observation method
Identify the metrics available to the authorized account owner without assuming that another viewer can inspect the same information. Do not request passwords or private access from a supplier to solve a reporting gap. Use the account's approved analytics and the order record.
State evidence limits
If independent verification is unavailable, distinguish the supplier's completion status from a directly observed metric. This is more precise than presenting a screenshot of unrelated likes or views as bookmark evidence. Choose a different measurable objective if the client requires verification that the offer cannot supply.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Specification | Bookmark quantity defined |
| Observation | Available authorized metric |
| Report | Status versus independent evidence |
Worked example
A hypothetical client asks for proof of 200 bookmarks but only provides a public post screenshot showing other counters. That screenshot cannot verify the requested action. Agree on an appropriate evidence method before accepting the brief or placing the order.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
