Show the purchase specification
Include the target, service ID, requested quantity and order status. Those details explain what was bought. Keep the original description available for questions about timing or coverage, especially when a short service name omits important conditions.
Label observed metrics
Present platform observations with their time window and source. A before-and-after account change may include unrelated activity, so describe it as a change rather than exact attribution. Do not use a supplier completion label as proof of unique audience quality or intent.
Measure the commercial objective
Clicks, inquiries and purchases need their own measurement method. Where no connection to the order can be established, state that limitation plainly. This makes the report useful for deciding future spending without implying that every purchased action generated a customer interaction.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Delivery | Panel order record |
| Platform change | Dated observed metric |
| Business result | Separate conversion evidence |
Worked example
Suppose a client orders reposts and later receives three inquiries. The report can record both facts, but it should not claim the order caused all three without evidence. A clear separation lets the client assess spending and results without an unsupported attribution story.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
