Choose the relevant posts
List the exact posts that should receive the action, keeping the opening post separate from replies. A link to the start of a thread should not be assumed to cover every later entry. Use the service's accepted target type for each requested action.
Set the allocation
Assign a quantity to each selected post and check the service minimum per target. The opening announcement and a later explanatory reply may have different roles in the campaign. Record those differences without suggesting that a particular ratio guarantees distribution or engagement.
Preserve the sequence
Keep the thread order and target URLs in the campaign record. If a reply is deleted or replaced, update the plan before submitting new requests. Reporting on the entire conversation can conceal a mistaken target, so review completion against the individual order lines.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Opening post | Separate target and quantity |
| Replies | Selected entries only |
| Total | Sum the approved line items |
Worked example
For a hypothetical four-post thread, a buyer may allocate 200 likes to the opening post and 50 to each of two replies, leaving the fourth outside the brief. The purchase scope is 300 likes across three targets, subject to supported minimums.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
