Define the deliverable
A playlist contains several possible targets. Before comparing an SMM panel offer, establish whether the order concerns one video, every listed video, or a total pool distributed across selected items. The playlist title alone cannot answer that question.
Make a video schedule
Prepare a small schedule containing each accepted video URL, its requested quantity and any exclusion. Keep that schedule with the quote. If the playlist changes later, ask whether the order follows the original selection or the current contents.
Compare like-for-like totals
A per-video quantity and a playlist-wide quantity produce different totals even when the advertised number matches. Sum the individual allocations before paying, and require an explanation for any service that cannot identify where the allocation will go.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Target list | Accepted URL for each included video |
| Quantity basis | Per video or shared across the playlist |
| Changes | How added or removed videos are treated |
Worked example
Suppose a playlist has four videos and the brief says 800 views. Allocating 200 to each differs from requesting 800 for every video, which would total 3,200. Write the intended interpretation explicitly.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
