Separate the visible copies
Build a short list of the URLs where the video appears and note the publishing account beside each. Do not assume that matching footage means every page shares the same target or counters. The order should identify the specific item accepted by the selected listing.
Check platform boundaries
A Reel also appearing on another social platform is not a reason to submit that other platform's URL to a Facebook service. Use the correct category and confirm that the supplied link opens the intended Facebook item without relying on your editing or management session.
Record what will be measured
Capture the target URL, account name and starting metric together. This makes it easier to distinguish an order-target problem from a report taken on a different copy of the video. Avoid switching the target during processing without a supported change procedure.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Publishing account | Match the intended Facebook identity |
| Content URL | Use the specific accepted item |
| Report | Observe the same copy throughout |
Worked example
Suppose the same promotional clip is visible on a business Page and an employee's separate post. An order aimed at the Page's Reel should be measured on that URL; growth on the employee's copy is a separate observation, not proof of delivery.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
