Separate planning from submission
Prepare the intended action, quantity and budget while the post is being scheduled. Keep the target field unresolved until a compatible public item exists. A draft preview or management link should not be substituted merely because it displays the planned content to its owner.
Allow for verification time
After publication, check the exact item and confirm its access conditions. Leave enough time to correct a broken or wrong link before the desired campaign window. The service's start estimate begins under its own conditions, not necessarily at the post's planned publication time.
Avoid exact timing promises
If the campaign requires synchronized delivery, ask whether the service explicitly supports that requirement. A routine order with an estimated start time does not establish a guaranteed appointment. Communicate that distinction when coordinating the purchase with a client or live event.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Before posting | Prepare budget and specification |
| After posting | Verify accepted public target |
| Timing | Use supported scheduling terms |
Worked example
A hypothetical post is scheduled for 18:00. The buyer can prepare the brief beforehand, then verify the published URL at launch. Submitting a private preview link at 17:30 does not establish that the service will recognize the later public post.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
