Read the coverage boundaries
Check whether the selected service includes refill, the stated period and any conditions attached to it. A neighboring service's terms do not apply automatically. Save the original description or purchase record rather than relying on a general label such as premium.
Keep the target consistent
Record the same Page or post URL at each observation. Renames, replacement content and concurrent orders can complicate the history. Explain any such change in the request so support can evaluate the actual purchased target and distinguish it from another item.
Submit a focused chronology
Include the order ID, completion information, dated observations and the relevant term. Ask for review under that coverage instead of demanding a quantity based on an unrelated campaign total. The panel's recorded starting and delivery data may also be relevant to the decision.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Coverage | Applicable period and conditions |
| History | Same target and dated counts |
| Request | Order ID and concise timeline |
Worked example
For illustration, an account shows 1,250 after an order and 1,210 later. The visible difference is 40, but eligibility still depends on the service's coverage and account history. Submit the observations as evidence, not as a guaranteed refill entitlement.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
