Use the agreed specification
Check whether the service promised a quantity of entries, particular approved text or another defined scope. Preserve the original brief so the investigation does not shift between different expectations after submission.
Record the visible evidence
Capture the relevant post, timestamps and identifiable entries where available. Note any moderation or content changes the account owner made, but do not assume a particular platform mechanism caused missing entries without evidence.
Request a precise review
Send support the order ID and explain the observed difference in plain terms. Avoid ordering more comments merely to repair the visible total before the first issue is reviewed, as this introduces another source of activity.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Scope | Original quantity and approved brief |
| Observation | Same post and consistent time window |
| Review | Documented discrepancy without guessed cause |
Worked example
Hypothetically, an order requested 20 approved entries but the buyer can identify 16 during a later review. The buyer sends the original brief and observations to support and records any account-owner removals, rather than automatically attributing every difference to one cause.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
