Create a client target register
Keep each client's approved account URL, campaign owner and billing reference in one record. Separate display names from identifiers, particularly when clients operate several similar regional or product accounts.
Approve the order specification
Ask the authorized contact to confirm the platform, action, target and budget together. An approval for one profile does not automatically authorize orders for associated accounts or different posts from the same brand.
Reconcile each account independently
Store order IDs and charges under the matching client record. Review exceptions before copying a previous request, and avoid combining unrelated client baselines into one report that obscures which target received which service.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Authorization | Named contact and approved account |
| Specification | Action, target, quantity and budget |
| Reconciliation | Order ID matched to one client |
Worked example
Hypothetically, two clients both use a display name containing Studio. Their approved profile URLs differ. A pre-submission check compares the entire URL and billing record, preventing a copied request from assigning one client's quantity to the other client's profile.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
