Record the available window
Ask the account owner when the intended content was published and when it will no longer be available for the selected service. Use the same timezone as the order record to avoid an avoidable scheduling error.
Read start and duration separately
An estimated start time is not a completion promise. Check whether the description also specifies delivery duration and what happens if the target becomes unavailable before the requested quantity is recorded as complete.
Choose a workable submission time
Submit only when the remaining window and stated requirements make sense together. If they do not, discuss a later publication or another appropriate target instead of assuming the order can be accelerated after payment.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Availability | Remaining content window |
| Estimate | Start delay and completion duration |
| Exception | Terms if target becomes unavailable |
Worked example
Hypothetically, the intended Story has four hours of usable availability while the service lists a possible six-hour start delay. That schedule does not support a confident timely order. The buyer changes the plan rather than treating the estimate as an instant-start promise.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
