Identify the content format
Describe the target as a Highlight or currently active Story rather than simply saying Story views. Provide the exact requested link or identifier so support can assess compatibility with the actual content.
Read the accepted-input requirements
Check the service's stated target type and measurement method. A saved item may remain accessible longer, but that alone does not mean a listing designed for another format can process it correctly.
Avoid unsupported substitutions
If the required target cannot be provided, choose a confirmed compatible option or do not submit. Changing the wording in an order note cannot override a service's input requirements or create an unlisted delivery capability.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Format | Highlight versus active Story |
| Input | Required link or account identifier |
| Measurement | How the listed action is observed |
Worked example
In a hypothetical request, a client sends a saved Highlight while the chosen listing specifies active Stories. The buyer asks about compatibility before paying. The longer-lived saved content is not assumed to qualify merely because it contains material originally published as a Story.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
