List campaign formats
Record the kinds of content the campaign actually uses and one approved target for each planned request. Keep service-format compatibility distinct from creative strategy or expected audience response.
Mark documented support only
For each shortlisted service, note which formats are explicitly accepted and which remain unclear. An unanswered field should trigger a question, not be filled with yes because a previous unrelated order happened to work.
Keep the matrix current
Date the review and retain service identifiers. Recheck before repeating a campaign if the catalog or description changes, and avoid treating a saved compatibility sheet as a permanent promise from the provider.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Format | Actual planned content type |
| Evidence | Explicit listing support or clarification |
| Version | Service ID and review date retained |
Worked example
Hypothetically, a campaign contains a Reel and a carousel. One listing explicitly accepts both, while another mentions only Reels. The buyer records the difference and seeks clarification before assigning the carousel to the narrower listing solely because its rate is lower.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
