Save terms at purchase
Record the service ID, coverage duration and any stated thresholds or exclusions. A similar-looking service available later may have different conditions, so its current description should not replace the original order specification.
Use a dated evidence trail
Keep the submission time, completion record and later comparable counts together. Note account renames, accessibility changes and overlapping orders because they may affect how support interprets the request.
Submit one clear case
Explain the observed issue and requested review using the existing order ID. Do not purchase an additional quantity and assume it will be reimbursed as refill work unless support has explicitly agreed to that arrangement.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Coverage | Terms saved for original service |
| Timeline | Completion and later observations |
| Request | Order ID and concise issue statement |
Worked example
Hypothetically, a buyer notices a decline eight days after completion. Before requesting replacement, the buyer checks whether the original listing included coverage for that time window and submits the original records. An eight-day interval alone does not prove eligibility.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
