Capture the approved objective
Record the company or account owner's approved target, action and spending limit. A general request to promote the business does not identify a particular post or quantity. Resolve those choices internally before turning the plan into a service purchase.
Translate it into order fields
Use the selected listing's actual target format, service ID and quantity rules. Include only requested operational information. Do not share internal client discussions, account credentials or unrelated employee details when a public post reference is sufficient for the service.
Preserve change authority
State who may approve a different target, quantity or additional charge if the initial configuration is incompatible. Keep any accepted revision with the original brief. This prevents a routine eligibility question from becoming an unapproved expansion of the campaign or a misleading client report.
Decision checklist
| Decision | What to check |
|---|---|
| Approval | Target, action and budget |
| Order | Required service fields only |
| Changes | Named authorized decision maker |
Worked example
A hypothetical client approves reactions on one company announcement with a fixed budget. If the service minimum makes that configuration unavailable, the reseller should obtain an approved revision. Switching to a different post or larger quantity is a new decision, not a clerical correction.
Example figures explain the decision; they are not current prices or promised results.
